Every GIGI pool is covered by a 2-year manufacturer limited warranty. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Refund anytime before your order ships — no questions.
2-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Every GIGI pool, cover, and ladder comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including:
- Pool shell and DWF (Dacron Woven Fabric) material
- Seams and welded joints
- Inflation valves
- Sand filter unit and pump motor defects (manufacturing defects only)
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Punctures, cuts, or tears from sharp objects
- Damage from inflation above 15 PSI (maximum rated pressure)
- Chemical damage from improper use (non-recommended products, excessive chemical concentrations)
- UV degradation from extended outdoor storage without the cover
- Damage from freezing temperatures when water is left in the pool during off-season
- Normal wear and fading after multiple seasons of use
- Damage from use on improperly prepared surfaces (sharp rocks, rough concrete without protective layer)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email contact@gigifrance.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim — [your order number]"
- Include photos clearly showing the defect
- Include your order number and delivery address
- We will respond within 1 business day with next steps
Warranty resolution may include replacement of the defective component, replacement of the full unit, or a pro-rated credit depending on the nature and timing of the defect.
30-Day Return Policy
GIGI accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product must be in original, unused condition — not inflated, not filled with water
- The product must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
Return Process

- We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address
- Package the product securely in its original packaging or equivalent
- Ship the return using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Costs
Products returned due to a defect or error on our part: GIGI covers return shipping costs.
Products returned for other reasons (change of mind, incorrect size ordered, etc.): Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Given the size and weight of drop stitch pools, freight return shipping costs can be significant. We recommend contacting us before ordering if you have sizing or compatibility questions.
Pre-Order Cancellations and Refunds
If you placed a pre-order and your order has not yet shipped, you can request a full refund at any time — no restocking fee, no conditions. Contact us at contact@gigifrance.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
