Shipping Policy

Free freight to the continental United States on every order. Pools ship from US Amazon FBA warehouses — no overseas direct ship, no surprise customs.

Free Freight Shipping

GIGI ships all pool orders free to the continental United States (lower 48 states). "Freight shipping" means your order is delivered by a freight carrier rather than a standard parcel service — appropriate for the size and weight of drop stitch pools.

What this means for you:

  • No shipping fee at checkout for continental US addresses
  • Delivery via freight carrier to your door
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from the date your order ships
  • Tracking number provided by email once your order is dispatched

Where We Ship

Continental United States (lower 48 states): Free freight. Covered.

Alaska and Hawaii: Freight to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges. Contact us at contact@gigifrance.com before placing your order for a shipping quote.

US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.): Contact us for freight availability and pricing.

International: We do not currently ship outside the United States.

How Fulfillment Works

GIGI pools are stored at Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) warehouses in the continental United States. When your order is placed and confirmed, our team initiates fulfillment through Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service.

  • Your pool ships from inside the US — not directly from overseas
  • Amazon's carrier network is used for delivery, with full tracking
  • The shipping origin will reflect an Amazon warehouse address — this is normal and expected

Pre-Order Shipping Timeline

GIGI pools are currently available for pre-order. Our first stock arrives at US FBA warehouses in July 2026.

When you place a pre-order:

  1. Your payment is collected at order via Stripe Checkout
  2. Your order confirmation email shows the estimated ship date for your specific model
  3. When your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email
  4. Delivery follows within 5–10 business days of dispatch

If the ship date changes for any reason, we will email you proactively. You can request a full refund at any time before your order ships — see Warranty and Returns for the process.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use the tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor delivery status.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of your expected ship date, contact us at contact@gigifrance.com with your order number.

Delivery Notes

Freight deliveries are typically curbside (delivered to the curb or driveway, not inside the home or backyard). If you require inside delivery or placement, contact the carrier directly after receiving your tracking number — additional fees may apply.

Delivery address: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Address changes after an order ships may not be possible and could incur additional freight charges. Contact us immediately at contact@gigifrance.com if you need to change a delivery address.
