Why a Proper Cover Matters

Debris protection
Keeps leaves, insects, and rain contamination out of treated water. Less skimming, fewer chemical interventions, cleaner pool every time you uncover it.

Reduces evaporation
On a 95°F day in Texas or Arizona, a covered pool loses significantly less water than an uncovered one. The fitted cover seals against the rim — no gaps, no wind lift.

Slows UV degradation of the pool
The DWF material is UV-resistant, but sustained direct sun exposure degrades any material over time. A fitted cover extends pool lifespan measurably across seasons.

Chemistry stability
Less evaporation means more stable chemical concentrations. Fewer pH adjustments, less chlorine top-up, less product used over the season.

Passive safety
An inflatable cover seated on the pool rim provides more passive resistance to accidental access than an open pool. It does not replace fencing where required by local code.
